Formestane reduces excess estrogen in the body by blocking the production of estrogen from androgenic precursors. Formestane is also called as 4-hydroxyandrostenedione, which is known as a ?suicide inhibitor? of the aromatase enzyme. Formestane can be an effective estrogen controller during an anabolic cycle.
